Course syllabus

Monthly 90-minute live group sessions where we focus on orientation, frameworks, principles, rules, accountability and score keeping.

Tuesdays @ 10:30-12:00 ET

Up to 8 sessions @ 45 mins (recommended) weekly or biweekly. You have the option of scheduling any left over sessions after the cohort to help you continue to sustain your desired behavior changes.

Personalized 1:1 Coaching

Optional Group Q &amp; A sessions with the Director of Mental Performance for a big league ball club! These optional sessions will be an application of principles, additional tips and resources as well community shares.
