Getting started with People-First Product Leadership

During the FREE session I will cover what is people-first product leadership, how to incorporate learning & growth into your team’s schedule, and a quick exercise on celebrating wins.

By the end of the 30 min workshop, you’ll have insight and activities you can try out on your team.
