Each day I get requests for coffees, calls, zooms. I have to say no to most of them, though I started offering free async help over voice notes. (This allows me to answer in between tasks, while on walks, waiting in line, etc.)

Why do this for free? Since launching my course, my two "critical path" activities are 1) customer discovery and 2) content marketing.

Helping others with their challenges helps me with both: it gives me insight into challenges and forces me to crystallize my thoughts—which could down the road make for valuable content.
