Often times, product managers focus on the primary competition. They analyse their strengths, weaknesses, market size, growth, etc.
All these are good to say ahead of your immediate primary competition.
But there are secondary competitors and tertiary competition that you need to look out for! These are also threats you need to keep on your radar.
