Cindy Vindasius

ERP Strategist | MBA | CPA | Founder of Vindasius

With over three decades of experience guiding high-growth companies through complex technology transitions, Cindy Vindasius brings the rare combination of deep financial expertise, operational insight, and executive pragmatism to every engagement. As a CPA (licensed but currently non-practicing status) and MBA with a career rooted in finance leadership, Cindy has spent her life in the trenches with CFOs, controllers, and operations executives—building the bridge between strategy and execution during ERP transformations.

Cindy is the founder of Vindasius, a boutique advisory firm known for translating ERP chaos into clarity. From startups scaling past Series C to global organizations navigating M&A and IPO readiness, her client list reads like a who’s-who of the tech-enabled mid-market. She has advised companies using Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Sage Intacct and other platforms—always with a practical, business-first lens that empowers internal teams rather than creating dependency on outside consultants.

She has led or supported dozens of ERP initiatives from the inside out, helping companies streamline reporting, reduce manual workarounds, and future-proof their systems. Whether coaching CFOs through vendor selection, architecting a scalable chart of accounts, or troubleshooting post-go-live reporting breakdowns, Cindy is known for getting to the heart of the issue—and delivering clear, implementable solutions.

What sets her apart isn't just her technical fluency or systems knowledge—it's her engaging, people-centered approach. Cindy doesn’t just teach ERP readiness—she equips teams to lead it. Her style is candid, grounded, and refreshingly real. Clients often describe her as a “translator between finance, IT, and the business”—a trusted advisor who can navigate tough conversations, inspire confidence, and bring structure to messy, high-stakes environments.

In this course, you’re not learning from theory—you’re learning from someone who’s walked the path, solved the problems, and seen what works (and what doesn't) from every angle. Expect actionable insights, real-world tools, and an instructor who’s as invested in your success as you are.
